Quote Challenge Day 1 – Seafarer’s Memorial, Homer, AK.
My friend Maria at Maria Jansson Photography challenged me to participate in a quote challenge. I accepted the challenge. I try to post one of my photographs each day with a message that will make all who read seize the day! (Carpe’ Deim) The rules are as following:
- Post for three consecutive days
- Posts can be one or three quotes per day
- Nominate three different blogs per day
Seafarer’s Memorial, Homer, AK – “A tribute to the living and the lost” that stands as a heart-wrenching reminder of the dangers of the sea and the power of the community that loves the men and women who go to sea to put healthy protein on the tables of the world. It is also a lasting testament to the strength of people pooling their efforts to fulfill a dream.
Seek My Face! “Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” – Isaiah 12.2
It is with great joy that I nominate David Dendy at Seeing God at Work Everyday, Jessie at Spread Love Not Hate, and Allison at Look For The Joy. These people do amazing work and I learn so much from them!
